Recaping the Last Month

I am awful at blogging. As soon as I say to myself I’m going to post, I think of something else I’d rather be doing. But alas, here is a recap of things that happened within the last month.

1. Memorial day weekend, we went down to San Jose and went to Happy Hollows with Justin’s family (a zoo/kiddie amusement park)

2. I started my new position working in the customer service desk
Quite stressful the first few days, but now it is slowly becoming easier. I feel kind of bad that we’re about to leave in a few weeks, and I still have yet to give in my 2 weeks notice after starting my new position. (However, they will know by tomorrow that I’m outta here!)

3.Justin quite his job at the airport and picked up an extra day at his other job at the athletic club.

4. We took a trip down to LA for Tammy’s brother’s wedding where Justin got to D.J.

5. Went to 2 fairs within the last month:
The Contra Costa County fair in Antioch… not so good. MC Hammer was performing that night, but we did not want to pay and extra 15 bucks on top of fair admission to go see him.

And July 4^th weekend went to the Marine County Fair with my fam bam. That one was much better, and felt safer. The only thing not so great about this fair was that no one that we were interested performed.

6. Justin has been asked to be a groomsman for his friend’s wedding. Pretty exciting stuff! We’re going to go to Canada for the reception next month, and then for the wedding in Manti, Utah.

7. And of course, plenty of A's games.

That’s about all that’s happened within the last month. We have finally set a date to leave for Idaho, and plan on leaving on August 1^st! We’re looking forward to it, however, we will miss the beautiful California weather. No one likes the bone-chilling weather in Idaho. But yay for getting a degree!
