Twenty-One and Counting...

The big Two-One has finally arrived, and yet it feels like just another birthday, not that I have any complaints about turning another year older. :) Presents galore, and the focus on you is always "fantabulous." Turning twenty-one is quite simply, overrated. Instead of celebrating my birthday with my first alcoholic beverage, clubbing, or entering a strip club, Justin and I had a fun three day trip down in San Jose. I will say I was a bit spoiled with receiving a two night stay at a hotel in San Jose from my parents as my birthday gift, but it made traveling much easier. The Great Mall, Dave & Buster's, Winchester Mystery House, more Malls, Sharks Game, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. I'd say we made the most out of our little trip.

Dave & Busters. SOOOO FUN!

No Joke, I won the jackpot of 1,000 tickets twice. Each time it was a complete accident.

My bouquet of 1,000 [first round]

Our winnings in total

Some of our prizes

The Winchester Mystery House. Absolutely gorgeous, and interesting inside.

Cool Fact [if you haven't taken the tour already]. Only three people ever entered through the front door. Mrs. Winchester herself, and 2 carpenters.

The sharks game was so disappointing yet again. Why you ask?

The game was tied 1-1. Bruisers scored the first goal, which was one not deserved cause our own guy accidentally kicked it in. We went into overtime, and then shoot outs. Bruisers scored one on the 4th attempt..? [I think], and we missed it on that round, and we lost again.

Second reason on why it was so disappointing. NO FIGHTS!! There's always one when we're not there. There were a few close ones, but nothing! Depressing.

And lastly, The Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Would you ever guess that that's actually a sea horse?!

And that's how I celebrated my 21st birthday! [Aside from celebrating with my two families!] I'd say it was much better than spending a night out drinking, and forgetting everything that happened to me the night before. Happy Birthday to me! :)
