Ok, not really. We were actually sitting across the table from Mark Davis at PF Chang's. One of the volunteers I work with at The Ruth Bancroft Garden works at PF Chang's and gets a pretty good deal, and took us out to lunch today. When I found out that this guy sitting across from us was supposedly the owner of the Oakland Raiders, I didn't believe it. I thought maybe it was just a random guy who was a huge fan of the Oakland Raiders.
He had everything Oakland, from his shirt, to his wallet, his hat, and he even had an Oakland Raiders fanny pack. It wasn't until the manager walked by and said his name, that we were able to finally look it up on our smart phones, and low and behold, we were sitting across from the man himself, Mark Davis.
If I was a Raiders Fan, I would've been leaping out of my seat. Unfortunately, I am not, but it was still pretty cool to sit across from someone who was a "celebrity."
