Greatest Idea Ever

Not by me, of course. I have discovered a new site called Pinterest, and I've mainly been focusing on the food section. While browsing, I happened to discover this ingenious idea! In order to make meals easy and fast, you can freeze slow-cooker recipes, and then use them later on! Check out the article at this blog. It's something I'm definitely going to have to try.

  1. That's a great idea! I hadn't thought of that before! I also like to freeze casseroles and things like lasagna or enchiladas — you should mix it up as if it was going to be put straight into the oven but instead you wrap it tight with lots of foil and stick in the freezer. Let it thaw for a couple hours and then cook it up! I also use the throw-away tins you can get at the grocery store so that my pans aren't always being used and I can still bake or do whatever I need to with them!

Good luck trying the slow-cooker meals :)
